As I was sitting down and enjoying my McDonald's iced coffee a worker came over and started to raise her voice at me, speaking angrily and pointing at my snack, a small pastry I picked up elsewhere. She kept speaking fast in Japanese, a language that I don't understand, however, it was clear that she was motioning me to leave the premises. I got up to leave, looking at all the empty seats around me. This is an American corporation and was assuming that the same rules apply as in the US. There was no need to make me feel so uncomfortable. Even if this woman thought that she was doing the right thing by her employer, she could have done it with a smile and a kind voice. Very disappointed in McDonald's for not training their Japanese employees properly, and in the Japanese woman that managed to ruin my last day in Japan, going home with a bitter taste in my mouth.

It's about 3 minutes walk from Shinagawa Station, so it's always busy. The first floor of the commercial facility wing. About 40 seats at the counter and table. Convenient when you want a cheap break. Are there many salaried workers?Shinagawa surprisingly has no chain stores when you leave the station. The menu is the same as other McDonald's. I wonder if terrace seats can be made slowly if they are vacant on warm days.

It is not kind to children.I didn't have a happy set toy, so when I told an older Japanese woman who was partitioning the store, I was told more than necessary, "Please give me a receipt. Receipt !!" This Mcdonald's is located near Shinagawa Prince hotel just opposite to Shinagawa train station. It is easy to access and is open from early morning till late in night. I visited her in my last trip to Tokyo and was my first option for all meals be it breakfast, lunch or dinner.

if you want your order messed up then go ahead be my guest.I went there to the person that i know that speaks good english but i know some japanese and she messed it up. I asked for two plan only meat big macs and i got pickles and some sauce on it too.

It's always in line when passing, but it's a good place for office workers to eat.Perfect for tourists.

Nothing much more to add to this legendary chain burger joints that literally has its stall everywhere in the world. The location is very convenient for locals or tourists grabbing a meal starting from ¥200 for a burger up to ¥900 for set meals (which is much cheaper than other restaurants which starts at ¥600)

very rude staff! especially the fat short Japanese guy calling out the queue number and a fair skin young Japanese girl who take order!!!both so not happy to take order and serve the order !!!what McDonald's got no ENGLISH menu?!!!!! and your japanese staff barely can speak ENGLISH to tell what is the meat in the burger!!!PARDON ME!!! I THOUGHT McDonald are from USA!!??? suppose ..minimum of ENGLISH menu is a must isnt..??? such a disappointment in Japan to have such bad service especially from Japanese staff!!!! discrimination and bad behavior!!!

On my way home from Tokyo Tawa and Shinagawa Aqua Park, I bought McShakes and Shaka Shak chicken to fill the belly of my 5 year old son. I ate it on the Keikyu line.It came out one minute after ordering at Speedy. It was wonderful.

Awful experience. They told my wife to give back her order because they said it was in another bag. The other bag was full of ketchup and napkins - no food. No customer support for Japan McDonalds available either.
